Electrical Engineer
Location: Corona, CA

Responsibilities:
Design, develop and implement SignalForce power amplifiers and programmable power supplies relating to current and future products: confer with management, marketing and project leaders to set strategic development directions and define customer requirements and product specifications; work with marketing and manufacturing to define requirements, implement product enhancements and engineer modifications to released products; perform engineering tests to ensure high product quality and interact with QA, Technical Support and Marketing to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction; improve product development and release processes and provide guidance in using tools and instruments, design, training and documentation to improve development efficiency, minimize development costs; and perform the duties by applying power electronic devices i.e. IGBTs, MOSFETs, PWM inverters, gate driver circuitry, TRUs, ATUs, power conversion topologies, PLD's, FPGA's, DSP's and lab, prototyping and troubleshooting skills. Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related foreign equivalent with 2 yrs. experience in job offered or related high power programmable power supply system design.


Business Development Manager
Location: San Jose, CA

Responsibilities:
Develop, execute and manage all aspects of marketing Data Physics leading-edge test and measurement products-PC based systems with applications in Noise, Vibration and Digital Vibration Control: lead and manage a team of product managers and partner with Operation, Sales & Engineering; analyze and plan for the development and deployment of automated systems and enhanced end-to-end global business processes using sound IT and project management practices.

Requirements:

  • 4 years experience or related engineering or research experience in the field of noise and vibration control.
  • MBA from Top US Business School in Strategy/ Marketing.
  • Working knowledge of Signal Processing Theory.
  • Familiarity with the Test & Measurement industry and M&A.
  • Superior Microsoft Excel financial modeling skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat.
  • Superior analytical and verbal/written communication skills.

Research & Development Engineer
Position One
Location: San Jose, CA

Responsibilities:
Offer guidance in embedded Digital Signal Processing(DSP) system architecture and algorithm design, specification, and coding for new generation of dynamic signal analysis and control hardware.

Requirements:

  • Master of Science in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or other related degree
  • Two years related experience in DSP and Vibration research
  • Experienced DSP software engineer with proven track record in TI 320 DSP processors programming (Assembly and C) for dynamic signal analyzer and vibration shaker controller.
  • Solid background in DSP theory, PC, and DSP-based instrument designs, vibration test and control applications.
  • Proven experience in the project planning, architecture, design, documentation, and maintenance of large multi-component applications.

Desired:

  • A perspective of all DSP software layers from the hardware interface and embedded multi-task real-time operating system through event and data stream driven PC software interface.
  • Specific MS Windows-based object oriented software development experience with instrumentation and real-time embedded. systems. MFC/VC++ and familiarity with multi-threading and data stream processes is preferred.
  • Experience in researching new signal analysis and control algorithms and prototyping with the use of MATLAB®.

Responsibilities:
Design, implementation, and maintenance of system architecture and user interface of PC based scientific instrumnetation in network environments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or other related degree
  • Two years related experience in network application development including Java, Visual C++, Visual Basic, MFC, Windows SDR, language localization, and overseas software development.

Develop the market for vibration test products: tasks include product specification, defining the market, generating marketing material, writing application notes, and cooperation with field sales for market growth. Develop application software to handle special customer requirements. Work with the Domestic and International Field Sales team for pre- and post-sales support.

Requirements:

  • MS degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with experience in and knowledge of noise and vibration measurements.
  • Good writing skills.
  • Understanding of digital signal processing and FFT theory a plus.

We're growing and we need you to help maintain a high customer image of Data Physics through effective order processing and product delivery performance. 5 -7 years experience in International Sales Processing and Letter of Credit Processing is required. Responsible for supporting the Regional Managers of the Sales Department in all administrative procedures. Assist in the procurement of materials for efficient order fulfillment.
