Director

Operations Director
Location:
San Jose, CA
Oversees
all aspects of financial, human resource, administrative, sales
order fulfillment and Inventory Control activities. Reports to
CEO.
Responsibilities:
-
Manages
general company finances including P&L, balance sheet and
cash flow (including foreign subsidiaries), day-to-day accounting
operations (A/P, A/R, payroll, GL, expense reporting) and maintenance
of accounting records using NetSuite.

Prepares
and manages global operational budget, quarterly and yearly
consolidated financial statements and reports to the Board of
Directors as necessary.

Manages banking relationships. Secures financing as required.
-
Manages HR function including, benefits administration (PTO,
medical/dental/life insurance, HSA, 401k, FSA…) and labor
law compliance.

Oversees
payroll function (processed via ADP). Maintains appropriate
business presence outside CA managing federal, state and local
tax payments and reports as required.

Analyzes general business needs, including business insurance,
securing optimum services and manages vendors, e.g. AT&T,
CallTower, NetSuite.

Manages sales order processing, and fulfillment using outsourced
manufacturing.

Manages
purchasing and controls inventory.

Manages
the company ISO 9001-2008 Quality system and Export Compliance
programs.

Education/Experience:
- BS/MS
degree in Accounting/Finance combined with engineering
background. MBA a plus.
- 5+
years accounting and management experience including
previous experience in a corporate controllership
function, preferably in the high technology industry.

Experienced in international tax strategy, IPO, VC/Private
Equity funding.
