Test & Check Technician

Location: Burlington, Washington

Conduct system testing, installation, service and repair work on hydraulic vibration test equipment to ensure products meet performance and quality expectations.


Verify customer ordered components are ready and available for testing.  These include, but are not limited to: Hydraulic hoses, cables, hydraulic power supplies, slip tables, couplings, bearings, scavenge pump units, servo valve drivers, actuators, vibration controllers, accelerometers, other special components.


  • Tuning of servo loops, troubleshoot and repair analog circuits.
  • Troubleshoot, identify and solve issues that arise in the test process.
  • Perform mathematical calculations to determine system performance and capabilities using Newton’s laws of motion.
  • Produce test reports for documenting system performance.
  • Assemble mechanical, electrical and hydraulic components as a system through the use of machining and assembly prints.
  • Assist in Research & Development – testing and documenting performance of actuators, valves and other various components.
  • Repair and maintain in house equipment – accelerometers, transducers, spectrum analyzers, multi-meters, oscilloscopes and function generators.
  • Replace filter elements, take oil samples and perform basic analysis.
  • Provide service and repairs at customer facilities.
  • Extensive worldwide travel may be required (up to 30% of work).


Previous experience in the vibration testing industry is a plus.

Experience with hand and power tools, good soldering skills.

Basic knowledge of digital and analog circuit boards with signal processing concepts.

Broad knowledge of transducers and their capabilities and electrical interfaces.

Strong mechanical aptitude and willing to work on hydraulic equipment.

MS Excel and MS Word proficiency.

Ability to problem solve, handle pressure and tight deadlines.

Able to travel domestic and foreign.


B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics or 2 years of pertinent college or technical school training or 5+ work years in related field.

Software Engineer

Location: San Jose, California

The Software Engineer designs, implements, and debugs Microsoft Windows applications written in C#/.NET and C++. The Software Engineer must have knowledge of modern rapid software development, test driven design, and object oriented programming.


System and Algorithm Design, Help research libraries, tools, etc. to aid application development, Work with a team of application engineers to develop algorithm and UI solutions to customer requirements, Agile Software Development, Work with a team of software engineers to develop sophisticated industrial applications and embedded systems, Work with application engineers and product owners to design new software application features, Software Testing and Maintenance, Complete documentation of created components for future maintenance/enhancement, Develop test modules for software libraries; integration tests for software applications, Add features and otherwise maintain legacy applications written by other developers


C#/.NET, C++, Windows development, UI development· Skilled in algorithm development, debugging, and testing· Knowledge of common software design patterns, data structures, and Software Development Lifecycle· Experience with Source Control and Issue Tracking· Familiarity with databases, SQL, Object Oriented Design· Must be able to work within a distributed, agile development team· Understanding of multiprocessing and multiprocessing data types· Must possess excellent problem solving, time management, decision making, presentation, and communication skills along with good analytical ability

Shipping & Receiving Specialist

Location: Burlington, Washington

Do you understand crating and how to keep product safe in shipping?  Can you swing a hammer and build a crate?  Can you operate a forklift?  Keep equipment and products moving?  Track various paperwork utilizing a computer?

Our international company is looking for a shipping & receiving driver who will perform inventory management for incoming and outgoing company products and parts.

This position includes material handling, shipping & receiving duties, stock room and occasional driving.


* Must have communication proficiency, organizational and time management skills

* Minimum of a high school education or GED.

* Minimum of three-years in a manufacturing environment

* Ability to read and write English, follow verbal instructions and use simple math

* A valid driver’s license and a good driving record

* Familiarity of Microsoft programs

* We’d prefer a licensed forklift operator.

Accounting Specialist II

Location: Monterey, California

Located in Monterey, California, this position is responsible for supporting the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions of the NVT Group Finance Department.


  • Establishes monthly and weekly goals and objectives with manager/supervisor
  • Confers with customers in attempt to determine payment schedule
  • Reviews credit contract of overdue accounts with customer in attempt to determine alternative payment schedule
  • Sorts and files correspondence
  • Prints, sorts and mails billing of outstanding account balances
  • Reviews delinquent accounts for forwarding to collection agency
  • Maintains reports as requested


  • Provides clerical support as needed
  • Actively completes special projects as assigned
  • Stays up to date in accounting practices related to job functions.


  • Understanding of accounting principles in a manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of state sales and use tax laws
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Accounting Software
  • 10-Key by touch
  • Strong Typing / Data Entry experience


  • Degreed/No experience or Non-degreed/3+ years’ experience
  • Educational background in Accounting Theory needed
