Every physical item we use has to be transported from its manufacture location to its point of sale.  Transportation vibration testing helps ensure such items make it to their destinations in tact.  Transportation vibration profiles simulate the roads a pallet will traverse, as well as the suspension of the truck carrying it.

Generate your own profiles

  • Measure your product’s actual vibration environment with portable Data Physics Analysis hardware such as the autonomous Abacus 901 or Quattro
  • Record long time histories to play back in their entirety on your shaker
  • A PSD representing your is saved along with the data
  • The same Abacus 901 that is used to record the data can be used to control the shaker back in the lab
  • Time recordings can be post processed to select which segments get added to a PSD
  • Record and play back multi-axis vibration time signals
  • Reduce recorded Multi-axis data into a Spectral Density Matrix for MIMO Random Playback
